Thought you might like to see some pics of my newest bike. As you can see, it's a semi- recumbent chopper,14 speed, electric motor assisted, full alloy linkage front end, twin RST discs and calipers, 24" front rim with slick, CT 110 Honda front rim on rear, laced with 13- gauge spokes to a bmx hub with 14mm axle.Alloy sissy bar, chain guard and battery box which houses (2) 12-volt deep-cycle motorcycle batteries, connected in series to give 24 volts. Frame is 4130 cro mo, powdercoated candy blue metalic, as is the GPZ 250 rear mud guard. Bars are full-size Harley ape hangers sporting Cats Eye mirrors. A feature you may find interesting is the steering- the headset angle is quite different to that of the main fork tubes (copyrighted triple tree design), This eliminates the flip-flop situation normaly associated with choppers, allowing excellent handling and low- speed stability. This bike will be for sale soon as I'm just starting a new project, which has 6" rear alloy rim and stainless steel frame, and maybe a Rohloff 14-speed internal rear hub. Will keep you posted.
